The World Wrestling Federation (WWF), now known as World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), is an American entertainment company that deals primarily in professional wrestling matches publicly branded as "sports entertainment." It was founded in 1980 by Vince McMahon and hosts what has since become the largest wrestling promotion in the world, holding over 500 events annually which are broadcast in over 150 countries. The company's wrestling matches are known for being entertainment-based, driven by storylines, scripting, and choreography; which often include moves that can put performers at risk of injury if not performed correctly.

As the WWF, the company had a float called "Get Real" featuring many of its stars from the time, which appeared in the Macy's Parade in 2001. The float was in the shape of a wrestling ring, even including a Titantron-type video screen. The only other float to use this feature is the Cracker Jack float.

the float returned in 2002, this time celebrating Raw’s 10th Anniversary and featured stars from the Raw brand. The float retired shortly after this.
