Weebles debuted in 1975, and retired in 1978. In 2004, Weebles returned as balloonicles called Tibby, Tooey, and Bumpus, and retired after 2006.
Incidents
In 2006, Bumpus never made it onto the parade route for unknown reasons.
Trivia
Pendleton the Penguin was originally going to be one of the three Weebles balloonicles to debut in 2004 as seen in the concept art, but was scrapped and replaced with Tooey the Turtle later on.
